Great weekend....
yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! What's going on everybody? I hope you guys had a great weekend! I know mine was crazy busy, but definitely good. Ravens got that win yesterday sonnnn! I was fired up. But we'll get into that later..Friday, I went out in DC with my buddy who just passed the series 7, so he was all fired up. I haven't been out in DC in a minute, so it was nice to get out there and bounce around a bit. Things are definitely a bit more expensive there then back here in Baltimore, but it was a good time nonetheless. I pretty much spent my Saturday relaxin, and catching up with a few things. I actually had to go work out in the morning since I missed my work out Friday to head to DC, so that was AWFUL, but I got through it.
And guess how I spent my Saturday night?!? Yup, playing Wii baby! My boy Brett picked me up a Wii and I haven't stopped playing since! If you want to play some Wii teniis, come see me! Actually, my boy Benson has the upper hand on me right now, cause he's figured out how to use his net guy real well in doubles, but my game is still on point...so, if you think you can play, come see me! Oh, and I know your probably thinking, what a loser, who stays in on Saturday night playing Wii...well, one, it's A LOT of fun, and two, I had an early flight to Orlando at 645am, so it needed to be a chill night.
As I mentioned before, I went down there for the Surf Expo, to check out some of the newest stuff coming out...there is so HOT stuff coming out, if you're in to that style of clothing. I'm talking real hot...and it was definitely a productive trip. I wasn't prepared for how hot is was down there...I flew out of balto where it was like 65 out, so I was rockin jeans and a hoody, and got down there into that 89 degree heat and felt like I was about to pass right out. Good news though, made it out ok, and got back in time for the RAVENS GAME! Yup! Downtown Baltimore on the day of a Ravens game is out of control! People in their ravens jersey's, purple shirts, purple hair, and anything else you can imagine! It's awesome, and now that I've got my video camera up and going, I'll be sure to film it the next time I go down there!
Speaking of video camera, I couldn't be happier that I got this puppy up and going! I think I'm going to film my first video blog tonight when I get up to my parents hours (usually go there monday's for dinner with the family), so hopefully that will be up in a few days. I should have some good ones in the next couple weeks with the LA/Vegas trip, and a few other trips lined up as well, so I promise you won't be dissapointed.
Anybody watched Randy Moss thus far this year? I'm really enjoying watching him play...he's all business these days. No crazy antics, no trash talking, the cat is just making play after play after play like it's nothing. I'm loving it.
Sorry, I've got to cut this one a bit short, because I need some food desperately, but I'll catch up with everyone again before the week gets too crazy.
I want to wish Greg Oden a speedy recovery, I know he'll work hard and be back in the mix of things in no time. Also, Congrats to Diani Taurasi and the Phoenix Mercury on their Championship, it was great to watch.
Have a great Monday...
KH
